Who we are
OnTheGarb LLC ("we," "us") picks up and disposes of household and commercial garbage. By requesting a pickup, you agree to these terms.
What we take
Everyday garbage — household trash, apartment trash, overflow, move-out and cleanout garbage, small business and office garbage, boxes and cardboard, and bagged yard waste where local rules allow. Larger or unusual items are accepted at our discretion, usually after we see a photo.
What we can't take
- Hazardous chemicals, solvents and restricted paints
- Medical, biohazard or sharps waste
- Gasoline, oil, propane and other fuels
- Explosives and ammunition
- Construction and demolition debris in volume
- Very heavy material such as concrete, brick or soil
- Anything a licensed disposal facility won't lawfully accept
If we find prohibited material on site, we may decline the job. A trip fee may apply.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted per job and confirmed before we come out. The quote can change if the job is materially bigger than described, harder to access, or unusually heavy. Payment is due after the pickup unless we agree otherwise.
Access
Put the garbage somewhere we can lawfully and safely reach it, and pass along any gate codes. You confirm the material is yours to dispose of and contains nothing prohibited above. Please tie bags closed and keep loose sharp objects out of them.
Cancelling
Cancel or reschedule free any time before we head out. If we arrive and the garbage isn't accessible, is much larger than described, or contains prohibited material, a trip fee may apply.
Timing
Pickup times are estimates. Weather, traffic and landfill hours affect them. Same-day service depends on availability and isn't guaranteed.
Property and liability
We carry liability insurance and take reasonable care on your property. We aren't liable for pre-existing damage, for items you set out and later wanted back, or for indirect losses. Once collected, material is treated as abandoned and taken to a licensed facility.
Photos
We may photograph the pickup area before and after for quality and dispute purposes, and may use anonymised photos in marketing unless you ask us not to.
