What we collect
Only what you type into the request form: your name, phone number, address, a description of the garbage, and any photos you attach.
Why
To quote your job, schedule it, get to your address, and text you about it. That's it.
Text messages
Giving us your number means we may text you about your request — quotes, arrival notices and completion photos. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We don't send marketing texts unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the services that help us run the business, such as the form provider that delivers your request to us, and only as needed.
Photos
Photos you send, and photos we take of the pickup area, are used to quote the job and confirm it's done. We may use anonymised photos in marketing — email us if you'd rather we didn't.
Keeping and deleting
We keep job records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes, then delete them. Ask us to delete your information any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Children
This service isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
